The following are examples from our extensive list of works already undertaken on behalf of our past and present clients.

Back Garden
Originally a dumping ground when the pool was excavated, we arraged for the earth to be removed and the plot levelled.

We created a paved sun terrace with planted borders just behind the pool house. 

We built a stone wall across the garden with a pillared opening with lights, behind which we planted 74 Olive trees, 6 of them mature, and 68 relocated from Fortuna. 
BBQ & Stone Wall
To eliminate wind we built a stone wall between the BBQ and the house with a wooden door to access the area behind. 
En-Suite Bathroom
En-suite bathroom wall and floor re-tiled. 

Removal of bath and fitting of new walk in shower. 

Our client chose vertical mosaics to break up the walls, rather than the more traditional horizontal dado tiles.  

Addition of extractor fan and new tilt and turn window
Family Bathroom
Family bathroom walls and floor re-tiled. 

Removal of existing shower cubicle and fitting of new walk in shower. New basin and wall furniture.

Our client chose vertical mosaics to break up the walls, rather than the more traditional horizontal dado tiles.  

We also put in a ceiling extractor fan to keep humidity down when showering.
Front Garden
Garden planted initially with large Yucca trees, and later with raised beds and more shrubs and trees.

The area in front of the house was too empty, and planting has changed the aspect completely.

Old, faded monocapa was painted in a light cream which further enhanced the home.
Kitchen
Our client wanted a more modern look to his kitchen. We replaced the cupboard doors, using the existing carcasses with new hinges and handles.

New sink with mixer tap and plumbing for a dishwasher.

Outdated dado tiles were replaced with mosaic glass and mirror tiles, and LED lighting fitted under the top cupboards for additional lighting.
Lounge
Fireplace and window to porch removed. Floors re-tiled and walls repainted. 

New remote controlled light/ceiling fan units. 

Floor socket added to power leather recliner sofa, and speaker wires set in under the floor. 

New patio doors and fabric vertical blinds fitted. 

Television with UK TV fitted to the wall.
Lounge
Fireplace and window to porch removed. Floors re-tiled and walls repainted. 

New remote controlled light/ceiling fan units.

Lounge with new Fireplace
We removed the stone effect wall and pilar covering and built a large french style hearth with high beam. 

Emperador marble (brown) was used to construct the fireplace and hearth, and we sourced an aged beam. 

A heavy cast iron log burner was brought in from the UK.

We built a new chimney on the roof to match the existing chimneys.
Pool Clean & Descale
This pool was heavily encrusted with limescale, and the surround was stained and marked.

We drained the pool, descaled all surfaces and painted the surround with a white epoxy paint.

This project took 5 days, 3 of which were scrubbing off the limescale! 

Once refilled, it looked brand new again, and we had one very happy customer!
Porch/Dining Room
Porch glazed with wood-effect Double Glazed tilt/open windows fitted with black vertical blinds. 

The floors were tiled with cream marble effect ceramics, and all walls were painted.

We also removed the window into the lounge and replaced the main door with a multi-point steel security door.

Extra electrical sockets were added on two walls.
Solarium/Informal Lounge
What was once a cold 'afterthought' to the house has been transformed into a very warm and inviting entertainment area.

The tatty canvas curtains were replaced with sliding double glazed doors and vertical blinds. The floor was re-tiled, and we widened the steps to the kitchen to make them safer.

22mm T&G timbers with beams fitted to the ceiling, and fans/lights added.

Granite topped drinks cabinet fitted where there was once a rusty BBQ.
Spare Bedroom
The spare bedroom had signs of damp, and this was treated and repaired immediately. 

Floors were re-tiled, and new tilt and turn Double Glazed windows were installed. 

Air conditioning unit replaced with a modern, more efficient model.
Sun Terrace
Behind the pool house we created a sun terace with zen table and planted borders. 

Perfect for sun-bathing without being overlooked.

Pruned Olive and cypress trees planted with rosemary and lavender work very well against the stone walling.
