For many newcomers to the area, it is increasingly difficult to find trades to carry out repairs, modernisation/reforms or new build projects. We speak the language and know the contacts to get the work done both satisfactorily and within agreed timescales.

Our first point of contact with many of our existing clients has been once they have bought their home, and needed door and gate locks changed; because they were unsure how many sets of keys were held by previous owners and/or Estate Agencies. It is from this simple service that we have grown.

We offer full Property Management and Project Management services throughout the region, including key-holding and Alarm supervision, pool maintenance, building, modernising, landscaping, interior design and sourcing specialist furnishings, goods and services.

We also deal with architects and planning departments; sourcing permissions where applicable. Permissions do vary considerably between Town Halls, and knowledge of this can save later embarrassment!

We hold keys for properties where the owners are away for extended periods of time, or are elderly, infirm, or who may need assistance during unsociable hours to let Doctors, Nurses, Police etc., into their homes.

We also respond to Alarm call-outs and deal with the necessary authorities in the unfortunate event of a burglary, and secure the property against further threat or damage.
